With a base of over 45 qualified trainers and growing, Exelle is undoubtedly among Botswana's most dynamic training solutions providers. Exelle's commitment to quality is clearly visible through our philosophy of continually raising the bar to ensure that our administrative staff, sales & CSR teams and Operations Support personnel are constantly redefining the industry standard. Upon inception, we recognized the grave skills shortage our country faces, and created this entity with a problem-solving mindset. It has since been our self-imposed mandate to ultimately redefine Botswana's corporate landscape, to benchmark it against a global level of competitiveness.

We firmly believe that our initiatives, through our business services and broader social agenda, can truly achieve this objective.

From an operational perspective, Exelle offers world-class training and skills development programmes, primarily through a close-contact workshop/seminar style format. Our key emphasis is on delivering results through highly interactive discussions, smaller workgroups, and continuous involvement. Being a 100% Botswana based entity with a Citizen staff base in excess of 90% (and growing), we built, and live our moto, "Discover the Potential of People", and put it into effect in our own entity, by building a highly skilled, highly competent team of associates numbering over 20 administrative personnel in July 2009. Our team of over 45 trainers are treated to regular “Train-the-Trainer” sessions, conducted by one of South Africa’s leading trainer/facilitator development firms.

We currently serve some of Botswana’s industry leaders in fields such as Retail, Wholesale, Business Services, Heavy Equipment Supply and Milling to name a few. By providing real value adding solutions, we’ve created a brand that speaks for itself. Exelle is the nation’s leader in human capital development. Across industries, across sizes, and across platforms, we develop learning solutions that fit our client’s needs.

Exelle's broader organizational philosophy has been one of immense social investment through targeted broad-reaching initiatives. From the small and simple red ribbon, a standard feature on all our printed materials, to the ExelleDay annual paid vacation day for our staff to pursue socially constructive initiatives, The ExelleCares campaign was designed to create a caring corporate culture, intended to reach out to the nation's corporates, spreading the importance of targeted social initiatives. Exelle maintains biases towards Citizen owned vendors and supplier as well as broader employment creating marketing initiatives, as opposed to billboard or other passive advertising mediums. Exelle also has plans to provide free 'Responsibile Living' seminars to vested clients.
